Rafeek and Moore Customs Brokerage and Tax Consultancy was founded in February 2010 by partners Amanda Rafeek and Colin Moore.Both are ex employees of the Guyana Revenue Authority located in central Georgetown Guyana where Colin Moore managed in areas of Risk Management, Law Enforcement and Intelligence.Amanda Rafeek has entensive knowledge and experience in tax processing and compliance.Colin is equipped with a Degree in Business Management (UG) whilst Amanda has a Masters Degree in Business Management (UWI).Both are certified in Project Management and run a team of six employees to provide optimal customs clearance of cargo for major companies.Such as AGM Inc (Canadian Foreign Investment) and GT&T (local phone company).The company also possess the services of two recently licensed customs House Brokers making it the only such Licensed Brokerage Firm operating in Guyana.
